Talk about travel inspiration. What does this photo evoke? Wanderlust?
Waiheke Island, New Zealand.
From the wise words of Mark Twain, ““Life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile. Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

Packing up the last of it. Good memories in this box, missing #NZ!
Here is a recent photo that almost made it into “National Geographic” category for my HostelBookers.com 7 SUPER Shots!
❤ it and REBLOG if you would love to be at the beach right now!
Where is your favorite beach in New Zealand?
Hidden in the forest is a stunning waterfall just a mere 20 minutes drive from my hostel in Te Puke, New Zealand.
The cascading white water feeds into this dark pool which is surrounded by high cliffs and bright green flora.
You know what cliffs near an epic waterfall offer?
A chance to do something wild, extreme, exhilarating, and stupid!
If you ever watched my video about Whangarei Falls, you can see that New Zealand is filled with gorgeous waterfalls nearly everywhere you look. In that video, you also get to see what happens when I attempt to do a backflip into the water.
Not pretty…and VERY painful!
So what the hell would convince me to try another flip into the water far below?! Well, as an adrenaline junky, I didn’t need much convincing. And how could I resist leaping into this paradise?
Click HERE to check out my front flip attempt into a waterfall with 4 action shots! Will I make it? Will I belly flop?
The liveliness of family gatherings have quieted down. The aromas of the Easter feasts have faded. People all around the world are either rubbing filled tummies and snoozing, or trying to kick out visiting family members.
What hasn’t disappeared yet, and will be lingering for the rest of the month are everyone’s favorite devilishly delicious Easter candy: Cadbury Eggs! Just like Homer over there, thinking about these creme filled chocolate nom-nom grenades makes me salivate. *DROOL*
Don’t lie…you know you love them!
Even if you are on a diet and can’t eat chocolate, I know you snuck one in! (Maybe I’m just feeling guilty for breaking my diet. I COULDN’T RESIST!)
If you have a sweet tooth at all, this article is overwhelm you with some Charlie and the Chocolate Factory-esque fantasies!
Dunedin is the second largest city in New Zealand and lies in the Otago region of the South Island. While I was darting around to Christchurch and Queenstown on a brief trip, I never managed to check out this Scottish settled city.
Besides some of the notable oddities such as Baldwin Street (Guinness World Records has it as the steepest street on Earth), the stunning gothic-renaissance railway station, and the only castles of New Zealand — there is something else Dunedin is hiding under its kilt!
No…not a hairy Scotsman arse…
It is Cadbury World!
